📬 Inbox Setup (AYCD)

Inbox allows you to bypass the need for email forwarding by directly connecting your Outlook/Hotmail inboxes through IMAP. This significantly improves success rates in Glowie, and should be prioritized during your setup.

📤 Exporting Outlooks from Glowie

1. Open the Glowie App, navigate to Modules > start Microsoft Toolbox.

2. Click on Data to open the Database Manager.

3. Filter and locate your Outlook Account List.

4. Select the group and click the three dashes icon (≡) to select all entries.

5. Click Convert > Export CSV.

6. On the export screen, scroll down and select:

   • Additional Info #3

   • Additional Info #4

   • Used

7. Click the folder icon, select your Downloads directory, and name the file.

   ⚠️ Must be a unique filename every time or delete the previous export first.

🧰 Formatting with Outlook Formatter

1. In Glowie, go to Tools > Outlook Formatter.

2. Select the file you just exported from the Database Manager.

3. Uncheck Include Proxies.

4. Click Save — this will generate the properly formatted CSV for AYCD.

📥 Importing into AYCD Inbox

1. Open AYCD Inbox.

2. Go to Accounts > File > Import > CSV.

3. Select the formatted file you just saved from Outlook Formatter.
