🔐 OAuth2 Outlook/Hotmail

Setting up OAuth2 login and IMAP access ensures your Outlook/Hotmail accounts are fully synced and compatible with AYCD Inbox. Follow these steps:

📨 Step 1: Add Your Catchall Gmail

• Open AYCD Inbox.

• Go to the Accounts tab.

• Click File > Add.

• Add your catchall Gmail from Glowie, including the IMAP password.

🧰 Step 2: Create a Task Template

• Navigate to the Task Templates tab.

• Click Create.

• Name the template something like catchall.

• Use the filter @gmail.com, select your catchall Gmail, then click Save.

⚙️ Step 3: Configure Your Settings

• Go to the Settings tab.

• Adjust the values to your preferred rate limits and concurrency settings.

• Save your changes.

📝 Note: Settings can vary depending on your PC. Throttling may apply.

🛠️ Step 4: Enable IMAP & OAuth2 Login

• Head back to the Accounts tab.

• Select all the Outlook/Hotmail accounts that need setup.

• Click Tools > Outlook Enable IMAP & OAuth2 Login.

📧 Step 5: Assign Catchall in Mail View

• Go to the Mail tab.

• Click Edit on the selected accounts.

• Choose your catchall Gmail under the handler.

• Click Start.

🔎 Status Meaning & Troubleshooting

🟢 Status	Meaning
✅ Good	Fully unlocked, synced, and ready to use.
⏳ IMAP Not Enabled	Wait 1–3 weeks after account creation.
🚫 No SMS Task Template	Account still locked — re-run unlock process and re-import.
⚠️ Controller Error	Rerun via Tools > Outlook Enable IMAP & OAuth2 Login.
🕒 Timeout	Retry using the same Tools option.
📩 Email OTP Timeout	Retry using the same Tools option.
