📦Inventory
The Inventory module in Glowie helps you manage, organize, and export entries won through various automated methods or sweep programs. It’s especially useful for tracking instant wins, sweepstakes redemptions, and tool usage logs.
🗃️ Category Structure
Modules are grouped by type, not brand. For clarity and better organization, here’s how items are categorized:
Instant Win – Time-sensitive wins from programs like hourly or daily entry giveaways.
Sweepstakes – Traditional form-based or promotional entries with delayed results.
Tool Logs – Generated entries or redemptions from internal Glowie utilities.
🧾 Core Functions
Each module (shown in the left sidebar) contains a list of your redemptions or logs. Once selected, the center display populates the following data:
Prize
What you won or generated (e.g., Spotify Premium, digital gift cards).
Additional Info
Emails, codes, links, or other relevant data.
Timestamp
When the entry was won or added to the system.
🛠️ Actions Available
In the upper right corner of the Inventory module, you can:
🔻 Download to CSV — Export selected entries to a clean CSV format for outside use.
❌ Delete Entries — Permanently remove items from the database.
🚫 Mark Unavailable — Grey out or flag entries as used/unavailable (without deleting).
🔍 Search Bar — Filter by email, keyword, or domain using the Additional Info search.
